Refund & Returns Policy

30-day window

You may return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to start a return

Email admin@bamouzzio.com with your order number and reason. We will reply with a return authorization and address (Louisville, KY).

Refunds are issued using the same method you used to pay (e.g. the invoiced payment channel) within 5–10 business days after we inspect the return.

Non-returnable

Items that are used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Final-sale items clearly marked as such at checkout.

Damaged or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund, including return shipping when we are at fault.
