Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States from Louisville, Kentucky.

Warehouse / office: 3058 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, Kentucky 40205 US.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day usually ship within 1–2 business days. Handmade stock is held locally; we do not wait on overseas production after you order.

Rates & methods

Standard: $8 · 5–8 business days.

Express: $18 · 2–4 business days.

Free standard shipping on orders $100 and above.

Tracking

You receive a confirmation email with your order number. Tracking is sent when the carrier scans the package.

Delays & issues

Carrier delays are outside our control. If a package is lost, email admin@bamouzzio.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve or replace.
